Heiwa to Ai Reiki ® divides its teachings into three levels, plus the final level of Master.
During the first level, students receive an introduction to Reiki that aligns them with the Universal Energy and activates their channelling abilities. First-level students can then practice Reiki on other people. The first level itself is very complete, and its teachings can be used independently of further study.
